Walgreens store in WV is clean and organized and nice. The floor is clean and the cashier hello welcome. Someone is kind, polite and helpful, ask if anyone need help reach the top shelf or finding anything. On flu med not hv stock the pharmacist transferred prescription and they was extremely helpful. Everyone is friendly and professional, say hi at the front and ask help to someone who look confused or are legally blind. The experiences have been rude and incompetent and the experiences are positive and they is the best.

On Christmas eve day Krogers pharmacy did not hv flu med in stock & I contacted Steve (pharmacist) & he immediately had prescription transferred. I had it within a 1/2 hr. Words cannot express my gratitude. My grandson was very sick and Steve was extremely helpful.

Hannah is the worst. I've never met someone so rude and incompetent. She can't answer basic questions without huffing and rolling her eyes like a child.
