I have been with WoodForest for over 10 years and I was greeted with a nice kind smile while making my transaction. We are visiting from out of town and I have to say this was a very positive experience which you don’t always get with banks. Jedidah was kind and professional with helping us with our transaction. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with her knowledge and friendliness.
