“I like this animal hospital because it’s easy to make appointments, the staff truly care about your pets, the visits aren’t financially devastating, and they also board pets.
One of my favorite things is they have a light on the counter that they turn on when someone is saying goodbye to their pet. This way people in the waiting area know and will keep any jollity to a respectful level.
Fortunately, I have never been there when the light is on but I love that IAH has respect for those grieving a loss.”
