“Kelly has been so hopeful and solved many of the problems. Thank you.Customer service is horrible. They closed my account without even notifying me even though it was actively being used. Got the account reopened supposedly, had to call multiple times. Everytime I called they never tried to hear what I was saying and would start talking before I was finished saying let me get you this person or that person. Account was finally reopened and got my check deposited. Perfect or so I thought ? go to use my card, it doesn't work. Drive to the ATM did a balance inquiry, it knows my account number but the card is invalid. Explanation please! Needless to say. I'll be closing the account after bills are finalized. In the beginning it was a great bank but I highly recommend you find another big with better communication.”

“I've been here for years If I have a issue it's literally solved right then. Wish they give a long-term customer a loan. I have iffy credit but my check is posted there every month and has been for years. Is 632 credit that bad I guess so. I can could not get a 500.00 loan. That's my only issue. Someone should help the disabled once in a few years. I need A car to go to Dr appointments. And get food I can't depend on others. Thanks”
“Good bank to deal with.I had an issue with my debit card,they issued a new card right at the bank.They activated it and had resolved the issue in about 15 minutes. Any other bank in town you would had a 7 to 10 day waiting period just to get the new card in mail.Thumbs up.”
“Wow! Tisha took me right in! I was having a hard day waiting in the heat at 8 am in the parking lot waiting for the lobby to open at 9. She came out and saw me waiting in the heat and took me in 20 minutes before their lobby opened. Thats a person who cares about their customers! I prayed to God and he sent me someone who cares! Thank you Tisha for being so helpful with all of my requests of getting a new card, changing my information and cashing out. “I Was in the Martinsburg office this past week to set up an account and apply for a credit card to build my credit. I had soo many questions and the amazing service from the young lady named Catherine was wonderful. She was very patient with me and gave me all the answers I asked and if she didn’t know the answer she called to get the answer while I was there. I left there feeling secure and happy with all the help I received. I will highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t understand or is wanting a great bank to work with especially with ms. “The bank manager was very helpful when we had to set up a business account last year and has always been very polite. We had some identity theft last year and he was very responsive and proactive to resolve our issues. Sometimes there is a line for the drive-thru and it takes a while to get through it, but our other bank also has lines so I think to some degree it is normal. Even though they have now become Truist, I still prefer to call it BBT.”
