(I WISH THAT MORE PEOPLE IN THE WORK FORCE TODAY TOOK HALF AS MUCH INTEREST IN SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS AS SHE DOES.)

“This is the second time I've used this facility. This time, I needed a storage unit and a place to park my travel trailer while i was transitioning a move. The unit i purchased was a 10x30. The price was reasonable and the unit was clean. What separates them from others is the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely use them again.”

“Good experience signing up and very easy. Everyone I’ve spoken to is friendly. Unit was clean - had some dings in walls, but that’s expected.
Only issue I had is when they send you the text that gives you your access code to gate, It’s not correct. You don’t input the zero and it’s missing two special characters you need at the pad. It would be helpful if there was a sign on the pad that told you what all you had to hit. So I got there early on my first day of moving in and couldn’t get in. I had to wait until someone was in the office. It wasted a couple hours of my time. Not a big deal, but should be corrected and send the code exactly as it needs to be entered. I even looked on their website to see if it said how it had to be entered and could find nothing.
Anyway, it is a nice storage place overall.”
