“The Save-A-Lot in Kenova West Virginia is the only place that I will buy any meat products from. The mests are always fresh and priced right, and now they have a convenient little deli now since they're rebuilt. it's a clean store, friendly knowledgeable staff, always seem to be busy, working hard. It's just the type of grocery store you want to go to. It's not all cluttered and crowded and full of unnecessary things like big places such as Walmart and Target, Etc.”
“Aldi has really impressed me with the quality of produce and just about everything else in their store. I shop at the new store in South Point Ohio. This is now my go to place for Lemons which I love. The Red Thunder energy drinks I like better than Red Bull. The Mama Cozzies frozen pizzas are great!!! They get two thumbs up from me!!!”
“Aldi's in this tight economy, offers an affordable alternative. While it doesn't have all the name brands, it does offer good quality brands. Carts are also easily to find as they are linked together and require a quarter to unlock one. Once you return it, you get your quarter back. Its an ingeneous way to keep carts organized and one I wish other stores used.”
“Since it is a newer store it is cleaner and nicer however there is little to no internet where the store is located so you can't use the DG Go app or the Dollar General app to check coupons.”
“I really like that this place is right by my house. They carry things that you can't find at other stores. They always have beautiful flowers and the best deli around. They are definitely alittle more expensive than other local stores.”
“You might want to give your managers a drug test. I went into the store today and the manager John appeared to be higher than a kite. He was exhibiting all the classic symptoms of stimulant use. Wide eyed, exaggerated mouth movements, jaw clenching and wringing his hands. It was a little disturbing.”
“They have a great deli the food is excellent and the produce section is out of this world great, but the hurry up and go attitude of the younger employees made me decide to just go to Walmart right up the road and it's not like the prices there give me a reason to deal with the attitudes. I don't want to spend money somewhere that makes me feel like a nuisance simply by checking out.”

“Don't judge a book by its cover-- this Food Fair location surprised me because the surrounding shopping center is struggling, but once inside it far exceeds the other food fair in the tri-state area. The refrigerators and frozen sections were newer and well kept, the store was spotless and the shelves were beautifully stocked no matter which department you were in. Every staff member we came in contact with knew their products and went beyond basic customer service and courtesy. We live near another location but now that we know this one is as well run as it is, we will be making the drive-- it's worth the gas and the energy to have that level of an enjoyable experience. Times are hard enough-- it's nice to find a place that values their customers ❤”

“Gas pumps work well. I used a debit card to make my purchase so there was no interaction with a person. I like buying gas at Kroger because of the discount offered for my grocery and prescription purchases.”

But specifically if looking for meats(the pick 5 is still a budget helper), fresh veggies, and frozen entrees and quick meal helpers!If looking for certain brands or odd items, this is not place.But it is a good grocer for staples.”

“They have a couple girls working there and they are so sweet. I think their name is Brenda, Stephanie and Jamie they are all nice but Jamie will welcome you in there like you’re at home. Stephanie is very sweet. I’ll help you with anything. Brenda is the same. They are really good to us when we come in there. They have patience for kids. very good customer service.”

“It's a great grocery store. Been shopping here for 30 years or more.Plenty of new foods from food club. It's a new name brand. I like Penningtons food fair hamburger. It's just as good. The service is great but the deli closes before a person gets off from work to shop. It closes too early! And the atmosphere is nice. Prices are a little too high though!”

“This place is the 1 stop shop. From diesel to water to engine oil and gasoline to finally groceries and off loading trash. If your on a towboat or speedboat this is the place to go. They even offer mechanic service and dry docking.”

“I drove down to the Ashland area from Cincinnati & was looking for gas, so naturally, I stopped at Kroger. While inside, I joked to myself that I was visiting from the home office, since Kroger is based in Cincinnati. (They can't all be winners, folks.)Anyway, I wasn't looking for anything in particular, as I was still a couple hours from home, but I grabbed a Dr. Pepper for the drive. I used the self checkout, so I didn't really interact with anyone, but I was in & out pretty quickly.”
“Took the teen grands there, they found what they were looking for. I found a face shield for $3, dont forget to peel the plastic film from both sides. Great find.”
“Got my car an oil change today, the crew here are always helpful and informative. I meyandered around shopping while they worked, got me some nice Polo shirts and a soda to wake me up since my oil change appointment was at 0730. They got me outta there pretty quick for only having 2 guys in the garage this morning too.”
