“I had to take my vehicle to Mitch’s because of a deer strick and no one locally wanted to touch it due to it being an exotic vehicle so when they told me they could handle it and was close to home I was excited! We ran into some delays due to importing parts and having to take it to a dealership for some computer work but every time I called the female receptionist was amazing! She was always super nice and helpful. I even felt bad for calling and she encouraged me to call every day if I wanted.
I needed information off of my vehicle during tax season to give to my accountant and they stopped what they were doing and went to the lot to get it for me.
Ironically during this process our new Maserati was delivered damaged so now they are getting it as well!
They also painted a part on my back bumper that was scratched from another incident while they were painting the damage from the deer. They did this for no extra cost as a curiosity for the long wait. I offered to pay and the owner refused he said he wanted to do it for my wait. Great guy and now I don’t have to worry about getting it fixed!
The work looked great, he took me outside and did a walk around. Everything looked fantastic! We will be dropping off the other vehicle next week.

“I stopped in the other day needing new wiper blades for my SUV. I’m 50 years old and not as spry as I used to be, and I’ll be honest, I can handle most things under the hood, but those wiper clips always give me trouble.
Tabbi was working that afternoon and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She came right out to the parking lot, made sure I had the correct size blades for all three wipers, including the rear one, and put them on for me in just a few minutes. She even took the time to show me how the clips worked in case I wanted to tackle it myself next time.
You don’t always get that kind of patience and good service these days. Tabbi was friendly, professional, and really seemed to care that I left there safe and satisfied. Big thanks to her, I’ll definitely be back to this store whenever I need parts or advice.”
“Stopped by the other day because my check engine light was on and car was acting weird, a guy name Charlie helped me and he was amazing not only was he able to diagnose the problem but was able to to put the new part on and fixed my car in about 20 minutes. He explained everything he did and how he fixed he was very knowledgeable, if you go here this guy knows his stuff and he couldn’t be more polite and understanding and he treated everyone he interacted with this way no just me I couldn’t be more impressed with his service!!!”
