“Local mom and pop grocery store, gas pumps and hot food stand. The service was exceptional. We were greeted with smiles and 20 mins of non-stop talking. We got gas and one of their XL 18 inch pizzas (cheese and pepperoni). The pizza was to die for. It is a shame that we found this place at the end of our vacation, because we would have visited it more. It is conveniently located near CabwayLingo State Park. We will be back!!!!!!!! I can still taste their pizza!”
“Last minute ordered a pizza,it was great,so cheesy. Hadn't been there in alot of years.they had done alot of improvements.if you need supplies best stop there before going towards genoa,there's not another store for several miles.very friendly.”
“We used to stop at Vernick's for an ice cream every summer with my grandparents when we would come in from Ohio for the Williamson Reunion. Now that I live here, my kids get to enjoy it as well. They may be pricey on some things but it's awesome to not have to travel far to get what we need in a pinch and the fresh food served from their kitchen is delicious. They've never been anything other than kind to me and mine. Stop in and enjoy a big soft serve cone when you're traveling to East Lynn Lake!”
“Shelves stocked, store was clean, employees helpful and had good attitudes, not much time waiting in line. This particular store does not carry clothing like I've seen in other Dollar General stores, nor shoes. Toy selection is smaller. Overall, this Dollar General carries mainly food items, including a small amount of fresh vegs and fruits, cleaning and paper items, school supplies, health and beauty items, a very small selection of crafting needs and decorative items, and is a smaller store than the others I've visited. Holiday decor is slim and not many items to choose from~Christmas is better than other holiday decor~ good location and easy access and parking. Wayne needed a store besides Walmart. This location is closer to the bridge going into the town of Wayne, giving residents in Wayne a place closer to home, many can walk there and not have to rely on public transportation. The closing at 10:00pm is also a plus.”

“A good place to get gas when your four-wheeling and food to eat they've got a small grocery store along with oil and stuff like that and they've got an excellent food that they cook and salads. Cold sandwiches and hot, pizza, etc”
