“After spending three days wrestling with Toyota dealership attempting to find a Toyota that Toyota actually could sell us due to all the safety recalls that were preventing them from Selling cars that were on their lots, I called Cole Nissan and asked them if they had several rogues on their lot that I could look at and requested a likable salesman. I rode down to Cole Nissan and was greeted by Morgan Lilly as soon as I walked in the showroom. The rogue isn’t a high commission item, but Morgan still made me feel as though I was as important as the customer who would buy the Armada and for that I am extremely grateful. Morgan got me the keys to the Rock Creek edition and I took an hour long test drive during which I was not interrupted one time by the dealership. Morgan and the finance team were fun to hang out with while all the paperwork was getting drawn up, which also was very fast compared to my previous car buying experiences. My wife was driving her new Nissan Rock Creek edition Rogue by lunchtime. Morgan was an absolute blast to hang out with during this process and I will be returning when we replace our other car. My experience at Cole Nissan with the finance team and with salesman Morgan Lilly have forever converted a lifelong Toyota owner to Nissan. And my family will always get its Nissans from Cole Nissan and Morgan Lilly.”

“I was on a 12 hour road trip with 5 kids, when my check engine light came on. God was on my side and East River was the closest mechanic. I called, and a gentleman said to bring it on by. He ran diagnostics, offered us coffee and a bathroom break and sent us on our way with a slight repair and solution for free! Nowhere will you find a mechanic that will not take advantage of a woman traveling with kids and stranded - Especially during the holidays. Thank you SO much for your kindness!!! “Went in recently to get a new muffler and tail pipe installed. They did a great job, it was done in a short time, and the price was absolutely the best in the area. I know, as this is the 3rd time I have needed this done, and the 2 other local service centers were literally twice or triple the costs, and that was 6 & 10 years ago.”
“Not too sure about the few fishy bad reviews here but I had an amazing experience with these guys. First off, I called Mike knowing something was up with my suspension. I've a small background in mechanics and feel fairly confident I could redo my suspension if I didn't work 50 hour work weeks and if this wasn't our only vehicle. After a chaotic work week constantly losing hours taking my wife to dentist and doc appointments, I could not afford to take a personal day to leave the car in the shop. Mike brought me to work in my car, diagnosed it, fixed it, and got me on the road all in a day's work. The price I paid was nothing compared to the labor these guys put into getting both of my 25 year old upper ball joints out and replaced on top of an allignment. They stayed multiple hours past closing to ensure I'd be able to get to work the next day. Also, they did all of this on a Friday so I'd give 6 stars if possible. Give these guys a shot, they will not disappoint. They're all down to earth and you can tell they enjoy their field and love helping people. Show them kindness, don't be a spoiled brat about it. Trust me, they deserve much more than they charge!”
