“My old vape store closed down and I loved going there so I was on the hunt for a place I could get what I wanted and good service. When I had been in a couple times and they didn't have the vape juice that I love the manager asked me what it was I was looking for and since they didn't have it he actually ordered it for me! I've also bought Delta 9 gummies there that weren't expensive and worked great and they have most anything you could possibly want for your smoke needs and it's a beautiful and clean store. Love it!”
“I just bought two cans of Cherry Skoal from your store May 29, 2024 and I’m infuriated that it’s FAR past the sell by date. It’s extremely dry and tastes like it’s molded.

I just saw the response from the owner, I will be stopping by the store around 6-7pm 6/18 to get the refund, I greatly appreciate the response and the refund offer, and will be changing my review rating accordingly. An inventory mistake is understandable, but fixing it for the customer in this way is very good customer service.”
“Service here is always excellent! I bought an old stock vape for $5, but the first few I tried were duds. It’s a common thing for older vapes, but the cashier let me pull some until I found the right one. Now I’m left with a great, cheap vape and the satisfaction of being a happy customer. I recommend anybody to go to Smokie’s if they’re in the market for a new vape, cheap or not!”

“I like that they have a pretty good selection of different kinds of items to choose from. The workers are always pleasant & try to be helpful. However, on this visit the employee did try to help me, but she wasn't very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She also put the wrong directions manual in our item. She got the two items I was comparing confused & accidentally swapped the manuals. All of this being said, she was still very nice and I will definitely go back here in the future.”
