“Jay with Brothers Auto Sales on Witchduck Rd in VB was absolutely fantastic! We bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from him. He sold it at a good price. There was an issue with the window buttons on the driver's door which he had ordered the part before we even purchased it and gladly replaced for us. A day or so after we bought it, it was making a weird rattling/clunking noise, and he had us bring it in and he had his shop look it over and found some sort of cover in the undercarriage that was loose and he fixed it for us, despite not having a warranty. He even noticed there was some moisture in the headlight and replaced that for us without being asked to. The CarFax report was given at purchase. The car was clean and smelled great! He is a very honest and upfront salesman. Not pushy. Was willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied with the sale! I would absolutely buy from him again and will be recommending him to anyone who is in the market for a used vehicle! Thanks Jay!!”

“My personal experiences with this dealership are very positive. Five years ago, I went there tire kicking to see what they had to offer on their used lot. I was in need of a full-size truck, but did not want to spend full truck money. I wish I could remember who my sales person was, but that was five years ago, and his name has slipped my mind. He as well as the sales Manager worked me up a solid deal I left with a brand new truck, and was very happy. The finance office got me an incredible rate through through Chrysler capital, again I was very pleased. This is a very positive experience. My truck has been a very reliable vehicle, and I’ve loved it. Not too often will you get a review that has “miles” on it., But this is a rare instance. I now have 72,000 miles on my truck, and had a minor issue that is covered by the eight year 80,000 mile warranty on the ETorque System. People all over the country are waiting weeks, if not months for the parts to fix these, mine took about 10 days. Expecting my truck to be at the dealership for several more weeks, I went to get something out of the truck, only to find out that my truck had just been finished. They took the initiative to go ahead and fix a couple of recall things that I didn’t even know about. And went the extra mile. Big thank you to Goldy, And Jessica the service rep. When it comes time for a new vehicle, Goldy will be at The top of my list.”
