The people are very nice but I think over an hour for an oil change is not reasonable. Jiffy Lube does it in 15 minutes while I sit in the truck. No wonder it takes several weeks to get a service appointment when you only get 3 people in and out of there each day. I’ll be going back to Jiffy Lube.
