Its always way to hot in the store

They had a bunch of candles on the table in the front that said they were on sale. When I went to check out they all rung up full price so I asked if they were on sale or not and was told they must have been out there by accident…however the sale sign clearly said “discount taken at register”…two cashiers and both ignored this clearly stated sign and insisted they were just there on accident. I guess they didn’t understand they had to override the price at the register? I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to argue with them.

Where to begin? If you like paying a price that’s higher for goods than what the price is on the shelf, then step right up. The lady who fixed the price today told me: “I’ll do it one last time but I’m not going to after this.” I will make sure that she does it one more time at least since I have a receipt that I didn’t catch until I was already home.

They usually have what you need and pricing is mostly competitive. Beats driving farther to get to Walmart.

I’m not a fan of dollar general as a combo but they’re conveniently located so what are ya gonna do? Nevertheless The staff is very friendly, particularly so at the lesage store.
