“Being out on the road as a woman, I have to leave a review on this Pilot Travel Stop. . I stop at many truckstops and you can always appreciate a pilot when you walk in the place and you smell Cinnabon, you go to the bathroom they got little flowers and potpourri right in the door it's clean it smells fresh, based on that alone, this is one of the best rest stops I've been to and I'm all over the place on the road. Some of these places, you rather piss outside then pull your panties down in some of these bathrooms. I have to give this pilot in Sutton West Virginia five stars.”

“Clean showers and parking. Good food option compared to most. But tight parking lot and gets extremely over packed w people making their own parking n not paying for reserved u can hardly get in or out of it at times. But coming through here at about 3:30pm is perfect.”
“Always great staff and the store is neat and clean. The pharmacy always has my family's medicines ready when promised and they have always been helpful with any questions we've had about our medications. The only issue I've ever had with this particular CVS is that during very busy times both lanes should be functional but the second one is often out of service.”

“I was searching for Kerosene, they are the only place in Braxton county that carries it( at the pumps). Sure glad they could help me out. The store was very clean and the clerk on duty was very helpful & friendly. Sunday 2/1 6pm”
