My mom brought me to get my phone looked at because it would no longer connect to service it only worked on WiFi. I guess something is messed up with the software so they are sending us a replacement. He helped with the whole process.

My sim had failed so dad sent me up to the store to get it fixed and the gentleman was able to get it fixed within minutes. It failed last night and they took care of it with Ease the next morning.

I was paying too much with just one line on my account so i put my number on my husbands account and got myself a new phone. It’s going to save a lot of money by doing so and we also used my old phone to give to one of the kids.

We came to the Logan store and got us a couple of new phones, moved some stuff around and put everything onto one account. He got it all stransfered and taken care of just in time for vacation, happy with the service

My phone was busted and pretty broken down so I came to Logan store and Jeremy helped me out getting a new 16 pro max. I can use my Face ID now and he made it easy and kept the bill right where I want it to be 10 stars if I were an option glad I came in

my mom went to the store because she was having problems with her ohine making phone calls and she ended up getting us both new phones without raising the bill much she was very happy with the experience the service provided

I’m switching from T-Mobile to Verizon and the salesman was very helpful and making it easy to change. He setup my apps and then helped me login into Netflix and Apple Music and took care of everything. He made it painless, quick and easy and got everything transferred over to my new phone

I was having trouble with my prepaid account it said it was deactivated but I came into the store and the gentleman helped me pay my bill and get the number working. Very happy with the trip up here

I'm not even a Verizon customer but needed help with setting up a new phone through tracphone and the gentleman had no problem with helping me and getting me setup with everything very helpful and appreciate the work he did for me

We came in to disconnect a line due to some issues and was able to get my friend a new phone because she was having issues with her old phone but the salesman got her all setup and into a new pixel phone

I came in to pay my bill but he also setup my veterans discount so that I could get 10 off each month so that's going to help a lot and appreciate that they offer a veterans discount

My phone was having issues with it dripping calls and not going through to people so I took it into the store when I had some time to let them check it out and he was able to swap a card out to get it working again.
