“I went to do laundry there this past Sunday….. left there went home and on Tuesday when I began looking for specific pair of pants realized I didn’t get all my clothes out of the washer.. contacted the owner and she found my clothes still in the washer. She washed them again so they didn’t smell stale and offered to dry them…. Needless to say I was first impressed my clothes were still there and just as impressed with the great care she took of my clothes as she did not have to do that at all. SMALL TOWN GREATNESS THERE! THANKS BUNCHES”

“Very polite, professional, and helpful service with affordable merchandise. I understand that the bigger hardware franchise might save you a couple of dollars, but, for me, at least, those few dollars are worth spending for welcoming attitude one receives when you enter a small town hardware store. I truly feel that the employees working on the day I visited, (literally the first time in my life) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and as I left I felt the appreciation given for my, hard earned, money I spent. Thank you for that!”

“I was just at the Clarksburg, WV Lowes Location- searching for a very specific part for my glass cutter at work. I went to a few other stores before hand who did not have the part and advised me to just reach out to the manufacturer. Though, that could have worked out fine, it was something we needed rather quickly to continue using the machine at work. Thankfully, I went to Lowes and a very kind employee recognized that it was for a glass cutter machine and asked me to wait just a minute. They also did not have the part available in the store, however, the employee came back with the exact piece I needed from their personal glass cutter and said that he had a spare and that I could have it for no charge. KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY- thank you Lowes Employee who took that extra step to help me out today. I wish there were more employees like him. You don't have to have all the answers to just be kind and helpful. I wish I got his name but I have him my word that I would write a review because good experiences/behavior deserves just as much attention (if not more) than bad. Yay Lowes! Thanks again!”

“I’m in Lowe’s frequently for the outdoor lawn and garden center, and let me say, I go out of my way to avoid the employees (introvert who just likes plants) and they still find me and ask if I need help. Every. Time. Nowhere else in the store am I asked if I need help so reliably. 10/10 recommend”
