“Other than a snafu with the delivery price, things went well. The agent made a mistake and told me the wrong delivery price. I think Schewels should abide by what she told me and not some algorithm that they go by. Did she make a mistake? Yes. Do I hold it against her? No. However, Schewels should back up their agents, even if it was a mistake. To be told one price, and then see another upon payment, is just not a good thing.”

While I was waiting I walked best buy and several of the associates approached me to see if I was ok or looking for something in particular, which is rare to see.
