“I keep coming back to Mattress Warehouse. Four beds later. The bedmatch machine is my reason and now John and Dustin. I have really bad lower back pain and my husband has hip problems. This machine helps with finding the right balance between both our pressure points. John and Dustin were at the store today and all around glowing reviews. John was so thorough with taking me around to point out each bed that I matched with and sat back while I tossed and turned. He was also knowledgeable about everything that it didn’t feel like you were in the dealership stressing about an option.”

“Other than a snafu with the delivery price, things went well. The agent made a mistake and told me the wrong delivery price. I think Schewels should abide by what she told me and not some algorithm that they go by. Did she make a mistake? Yes. Do I hold it against her? No. However, Schewels should back up their agents, even if it was a mistake. To be told one price, and then see another upon payment, is just not a good thing.”

“A Sunfire tech corrected problem with our gas logs but problem recurred two weeks later. Company sent Jerry, a senior tech who not only corrected the problem; he cleaned out the debris and and showed us exactly how to care for our logs to prevent future problems - all at no charge! Obviously, this company stands behind their work and makes any glitches good quickly and graciously. They're the ones we'll rely on in future.”

“Dom was absolutely AMAZINNNG! 10/10. He is charismatic, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We wernt looking to purchase a mattress today, just seeing what options we have and Dom showed us multiple in our price range and walked us thru every step! I am so excited to get our mattress!
