Richie was so helpful - first on the phone and then upon my visit to the shop. He came up with some very creative options for me to solve the issue without the need for a very costly shop repair. In total, he spent about 20 minutes with me free of charge. That is superior customer service, and I will definitely be coming back for any future work on my vehicles. Thanks again Richie!”

“I stopped in to get a battery/alternator test relatively certain I needed a new battery. Krista G. assisted me up at the front counter going out to test my battery with me and explained that while the battery was still holding a charge the CCA were down which was causing my issues. Krista then recommended me a battery based on budget and walked me through the additional features and warranties on the more premium batteries. I ended up getting the premium battery with the 5 yr warranty and she made sure I knew to get the battery install kit to protect my investment. Krista even offered to install the battery for me, but I opted to do so myself and they offered me any tools I would need to do the job on loan. I was able to get in and out with new battery installed in under 30 mins.”
