“Came out of the barbershop to a failing battery. Got a jump and made it to advance auto Inwood where I encountered Katie.
She checked my battery, recommended a new one. She even pointed out and suggested some preventative things to consider for my vehicle for the future.
And she did it all whilst fielding phone calls and answering other in store questions.
I’m very thankful for advance auto but especially thankful for an employee like Katie!”
“Christian was a great help and very professional. I came in thinking I needed to replace an auto battery, when he diagnosed the battery just needed to be charged. He fully charged the battery I had previously purchased from AutoZone and then I reinstalled the battery to have him verify the alternator was working perfectly. I will always use the Inwood AutoZone store because of Christian’s professionalism and great care.”

“Jim at Fox Automatic is hands down, the best mechanic we've ever been to. We won't be going anywhere else! My husband and I have both taken our cars in several times (old cars come with lots of issues). It is so clear that Jim always has the customer's best interest at heart. If there are things my husband can fix at home, he lets us know in advance to save money in our pockets. He's been so helpful and honest with us over the past year. I've had some stubborn AC issues this summer, but now everything is running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier! His garage parking lot is always full, but he is so quick to get your vehicle in and out. I don't think we've ever waited more than a day to get them back. He clearly works above and beyond. I couldn't recommend his shop more. Always a 11/10 experience!”
