Gave me my options, which I took the upgrade. He answered every question I had, walked thru the whole process telling me each stepped that he was doing so I wasn’t in the dark about what was going on. Also held conversation so there wasn’t no awkward quietness uncomfortable moments. Very amazing. Also, the gentleman (mobile expert) next to us was very kind he’s the one who greeted me with a smile when I first entered the building and continued to greet everyone who entered.”

“I have the WiFi and the Xfinity mobile. Never an issue with the WiFi and also they gave me the mobile 1 year free and the service is great! Good prices on the WiFi. Setting up the mobile service was complicated. I spoke to 3 people who didn’t know what they were doing but Steven in customer service filed a complaint for me and set up the phone without any issues.”
