“I went into the store due to my phone having issues I was immediately greeted and checked in, which was nice. The mobile expert that helped me was Sam, he was amazing. Gave me my options, which I took the upgrade. He answered every question I had, walked thru the whole process telling me each stepped that he was doing so I wasn’t in the dark about what was going on. Also held conversation so there wasn’t no awkward quietness uncomfortable moments. Very amazing. Also, the gentleman (mobile expert) next to us was very kind he’s the one who greeted me with a smile when I first entered the building and continued to greet everyone who entered.”

The other employee a Hispanic man with luscious lips and a stylish jacket. Both of these men helped me pick out the best phone for the greatest price possible. They even threw in 3 free accessories! “I went to geek squad to have my computer reset and it was done in a timely fashion. She helped me get signed on so I can now use it. While I was waiting I walked best buy and several of the associates approached me to see if I was ok or looking for something in particular, which is rare to see. The customer service all around the entire store was friendly, kind, and very helpful! Thank you for a terrific experience and look forward to my next visit!☺️”
“Like any Verizon store its hurry up and wait...but as you know there are 2 types of Verizon stores..a corporate store and a contractor store..both have their pros and cons..so as this being a contractor store..it wasn't have bad..the guy working dud the best he could wait time was about 30 min but it takes x amount of time to buy a phone ..I went in for a quick fix..in and out..what I didn't like was the fact the manager never poked his head out to assist the front guy working.. no reason he couldn't have come out and handled some quick stuff..ie billing quick phone app issues..quick stuff..but no..4 ..5..people had to sit and wait ..thats my only issue...other than that..give then 3.75 to a 4..just cause the front guy did his best to move things along and was friendly and actually gave a shit ..there ya have it...”
