I had just moved from Augusta, ME for work and the place I moved into was completely trashed. It had mold issues, asbestos issues, leaking ceiling, flooded basement and after 6 months of that I had to break my lease!! Christine helped me get the right unit, told me additional info about Martinsburg that led to me finding a decent place ?? she also buys donuts for the customers”
“ON SATURDAY APRIL 5TH I NEEDED A STORAGE UNIT AND SOMEONE SUGGESTED YOUR. I AM VERY HAPPY I FOLLOWED THEIR ADVICE. THE UNIT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. WELL LITE, EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND VERY CLEAN.
THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME, KENYA, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITATION. WE DISCUSSED MY NEEDS AND I WAS PROMPTLY SHOWN A UNIT. SHE PATIENTLY WAITING FOR ME TO DECIDE IF IT WAS THE PROPER FIT. I FELT SHE WANTED ME TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH MY CHOICE.
(I WISH THAT MORE PEOPLE IN THE WORK FORCE TODAY TOOK HALF AS MUCH INTEREST IN SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS AS SHE DOES.)

“Great place to be. Not sure on the storage units because i don't have one but there are efficient apartments and the owner is a great landlord who deals with issues right away. Makes sure we all are safe and have a clear access of the property when it snows. Been a tenant for almost 2 years now. Jess in the office is fantastic as well.”
