I was very impressed with the customer service department. I noticed when I left Walmart, I realized I didn't have my phone, so either it fell out of my pocket, or I misplaced it. For now this Springs Mills Walmart is a lot better than the Martinsburg Walmart. Staff has always been friendly when approached and the stores cleanliness is satisfactory.

Every week if not more. Just wish they could keep stuff in stock.Since Covid has happen it is hard to get what you need. Have to visit 2 to 3 different ones sometimes.
