“The manager, Will, was incredibly respectful and helpful! I was struggling to remove a simple hose that had recently ripped so I could bring it inside for him to measure and cut me a replacement. After I explained the situation, he went the extra mile and came outside to help me get it off.
Once he measured and cut the replacement, I figured he would just hand it to me to install myself but nope! He followed me right back out to the car and helped me put the new one on.
It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. Will was professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Great guy and a great experience at AutoZone!”
“This shop is awesome! We had a damaged door and fender which Mark provided a fair price to repair. He acquired a new Subaru factory fender for less than I was seeing aftermarket replacements. The work was completed in just 3 days and the car came back waxed and shining like showroom new. He fixed some hidden damage and the final price was what the quote stated. “I actually went to the tire center on rt 60. Several workers outside, yet no one approached me. I was there for about 15 minutes. A worker from the Barboursville tire location (David) was there, while he had two tires in his hands. He stopped and asked if anyone approached me? I told him no. He then told the techs they had a customer. They looked up and kept working. David told me to see him at his store in Barboursville and he will take care of me. That he did.
