Employees provide excellent customer service, taking extra time to help, such as checking lights very quickly for free or ensuring parts fit correctly. They are not pushy, instead showing options and getting customers situated. Services include free battery testing, changing batteries, and recycling old ones, allowing issues to be resolved in less than 30 minutes. The staff is knowledgeable and not afraid to reach out to people in the community for help with hard-to-find parts. While not always the first choice for parts selection compared to some competitors, this location came up with all the goods.
The serpentine belt on my car broke while driving the interstate and I made it to the autozone parking lot. Will was very helpful while I was installing a new one on my car.

I bought windshield wipers the day before with the incorrect insertion points, went back this morning and the employee brought out wipers to exchange just to make sure they would fit. Taking that little extra time to help always will keep my business with them.
