“My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.”
“Bob made my car look like new again after a dealer service center messed up the paint. He thoroughly explained everything and knew the process of repainting the specific part as soon as I came in. Insurance took a while to approve the claim but he was understanding and did a great job. Coming back here again for sure.”

“The people here were so amazing? our alternator went out on our way to Florida. We were already tight on funds and my daughter was beyond stressed. Kadence and Adam saved us.
She called a mechanic that was a regular there, told him our situation. Not only did he come after 8:30 at night, but he bought the part for us on his account to save us funds and then put it on for us for what I know had to have been a discounted price. They went so far above and beyond for us, I am so grateful to the store into these people. They were absolutely amazing and made our trip a success. My daughter and grandkids are now safely in Florida and I am back home in Pennsylvania. I will probably go out of my way to go to the store again if I ever have the opportunity.”

“I walked in on This frigid evening with a dead battery. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and helped me pick out the best battery replacement for my vehicle. Then, without any hesitation, he pulled my dead battery out of my vehicle and replaced it with the new one and I was off and running in no time. Both the young men were extremely courteous behind the counter and helpful to make sure that I got my car back on the road in good working order. Excellent customer service.”
“People here are super friendly and Donnie knows his stuff. They don't have a lot of "extras" like Advance or Auto Zone, but I'm going there for car parts not for fuzzy steering wheel covers. They seem to always have what I need for my cars in stock.”
