John Howard is by far the best dealership in north central Wv! The sales staff is friendly and were great to deal with. The service department has been nothing short of perfect and I've even met some of the office staff while I was waiting during my service appointments! They were all so friendly! Free coffee in sales and service was what hooked me. I have purchased 6 vehicles from John Howard Motors. The staff is wonderful. My parents have bought 2 cars there. I recommend the dealership for sales and service. The dealership is comfortable and clean.
