“I called ACT Auto Repair in the morning to ask about getting a car inspected before buying. Linda was incredibly helpful and said to come in anytime except during lunch. I brought the car over, and Chad conducted the inspection.
Chad was thorough and honest, walking me through the key issues I needed to know about. He pointed out that the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement, along with two back tires.
Initially, I was unsure about buying the car, but after Chad reassured me it was a solid choice despite these issues, I felt more at ease. Unfortunately, the small local dealership agreed to fix only one of the problems and didn’t even acknowledge the other. As a result, I decided against purchasing the car.
However, when I'm ready to buy in the future, I’ll definitely return to ACT for assistance. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop these days, but I’ve found one! Thank you, Chad and Linda, for all your help—it's greatly appreciated!”

“My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.”

I had to purchase new windshield wipers & he was very knowledgeable about their selection which helped me to decide which would be best for me. He also explained their extended warranty which is definitely a benefit to have. He then installed the wipers for me & assisted me with adding some windshield washer fluid. When i got to the store the part was already on the counter and all i needd to do was pay. Super friendly too.”

“If they could clone Blaine, I'd appreciate it. They need 5 more of him. Other than that, this dealership service department is beyond any expectations. I have a 2016 Lancer that I will not trust with anyone else but this service department. They know Mitsubishi and can fix anything. We do drive two hours from home just to have them service this vehicle. I wish I would have known about them when the transmission went out at just 40,000 miles because I would have had them do that too. I cannot express enough how much their service department is helpful and accommodating. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. Great business, and amazing people here.”

“I bought trailer tires in May this year (2026) on Walmart.com and had them mounted and balanced at Walmart UTC in Morgantown WV. On the first trip out with the new tires, one blew out (tread separated completely from the sidewalls) roughly 50 miles from home. Took pictures, swapped on the spare and continued on my way. Brought the failed tire back to the Walmart tire shop, showed them the pictures, explained the situation to a few guys in the department and I’m happy to say they took care of it! Austin took control, looked into the situation and found a way to get the tire replaced on warranty. I had to buy the new replacement tire, have it shipped to my house and bring it to them for the swap to get the refund which I was happy to do. Big shout out to the Walmart UTC Tire store guys in Morgantown WV for the outstanding customer service. Thank you!!”
