I brought the car over, and Chad conducted the inspection. Chad was thorough and honest, walking me through the key issues I needed to know about. He pointed out that the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement, along with two back tires. Initially, I was unsure about buying the car, but after Chad reassured me it was a solid choice despite these issues, I felt more at ease. Unfortunately, the small local dealership agreed to fix only one of the problems and didn’t even acknowledge the other. As a result, I decided against purchasing the car. However, when I'm ready to buy in the future, I’ll definitely return to ACT for assistance. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop these days, but I’ve found one!
