“We had an emergency situation with our car after we hit a large object in the road. The car was making a loud noise and we were concerned to drive it. We called Premier Chevy service dept. and they said to have the car towed to them. Premier fit us in their schedule even though they were busy. They got us back on the road in less than a day. Our car was repaired like nothing happened. Trevor, Sam and the rest of the staff in the service dept. were understanding of our situation, friendly and helpful. We can’t say enough good things about Premier Chevrolet’s service department.”
“Friendly and honest service. Showed up for inspection and a noice in one break. In 30 minutes I was out with an inspected car and a better understanding of what was causing the noise. Will be back if I ever need anything done on my car.”
“I called ACT Auto Repair in the morning to ask about getting a car inspected before buying. Linda was incredibly helpful and said to come in anytime except during lunch. I brought the car over, and Chad conducted the inspection.
Chad was thorough and honest, walking me through the key issues I needed to know about. He pointed out that the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement, along with two back tires.
Initially, I was unsure about buying the car, but after Chad reassured me it was a solid choice despite these issues, I felt more at ease. Unfortunately, the small local dealership agreed to fix only one of the problems and didn’t even acknowledge the other. As a result, I decided against purchasing the car.
However, when I'm ready to buy in the future, I’ll definitely return to ACT for assistance. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop these days, but I’ve found one! Thank you, Chad and Linda, for all your help—it's greatly appreciated!”

I was able to get some work done that had been bothering me for months and I drove here from NY trying to head to SC and back but the team here is fantastic! “My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.”

“Their diagnosis is really top notch so far. I went several places as an old car user but they quote the most reasonable price. I went somewhere for my car repairing and they did it with a flaw what they could not figure out but after seeing just for few minutes south park mechanic identified the issue. I am really grateful for their service. But getting their appointment right away is difficult.”

“If they could clone Blaine, I'd appreciate it. They need 5 more of him. Other than that, this dealership service department is beyond any expectations. I have a 2016 Lancer that I will not trust with anyone else but this service department. They know Mitsubishi and can fix anything. We do drive two hours from home just to have them service this vehicle. I wish I would have known about them when the transmission went out at just 40,000 miles because I would have had them do that too. I cannot express enough how much their service department is helpful and accommodating. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. Great business, and amazing people here.”

“Definitely one of the best shop i had stopped on 8/29/2025 on my way back home to new york state from north Carolina I had my brakes line busted right before the exit I work on my own vehicle most of the time but this time I was out there without any tools and I pulled up to the shop hoping they was going to be able to help me out and they did it take longer then normal cause they were waiting on the brake line to come from the auto parts but as soon of they part show up it take them 30 minutes to put it together they got me back on the road and price was great definitely great shop owner and staff i really appreciate it please stop by if you having car issue in the area to bad they 5 1/2 hours ?
