“My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.”

“A group of friendly professionals who were flexible with my time constraints, prompt, and offered reasonable prices.Pulled my car up and immediately was seen by someone who checked out my car. Took my contact information and the next day called with an estimate. Alan took the time to explain where the costs were coming from, what it would take to fix my car, etc. Upon scheduling and dropping off my car, I got the car back within a week. After receiving my car there was a slight problem with the lock mechanism (I have a car that relies heavily on tech), but Bobby dropped what he was doing and immediately checked the car out, and was able to fix the problem right then and there for me! Upon asking, I was also able to get an itemized list of what everything cost for my records, which I also appreciated.Would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get body work done.”

“A stone from an 18 wheeler cracked our windshield on a Saturday evening. I made contact with Safelite the following Monday and making an appointment for Wednesday two days later. I dropped the truck off at 8am Wednesday for a 1pm service. At 1pm I received an Email saying the service on my vehicle was beginning. A friend dropped me off at the Safelite business at 2:15pm noticing my truck setting in a parking spot different than the one I parked it in. I walked inside to office finding out from a Safelite employee the work on my truck was completed including all safety calibrations. The employee found my insurance info logged in from the Saturday appointment setup, I paid my 100 dollar deductible and out the door to my truck with a new windshield and calibrated safety systems. Very well pleased with the Safelite experience.”

“Bob made my car look like new again after a dealer service center messed up the paint. He thoroughly explained everything and knew the process of repainting the specific part as soon as I came in. Insurance took a while to approve the claim but he was understanding and did a great job. Coming back here again for sure.”
