“I stopped by my local Chevy dealership here in Fairmont,WV on Friday. Made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation for Monday at 8:30 am. I was greeted promptly & the service manager knew of my appointment and me personally. By 9:15 I was ready to leave.”
“Great experience here. Called to get an oil change and they were very professional and had availability. Once there, the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. It was my first time to this dealership and I cannot complain ! They also have a body shop here too!”
“Had my Nissan Murano in for damage on the fender and drivers door from an accident. They did a fantastic job and very fast return. They even detailed my car. Very good shop and great price”
“I just want to say the owner of this shop is a such sweet man . My ex was suppose to pay for the repairs on my car and did not . They still fixed the radiator hose so that I could have my car and didn’t charge me . I can not expresss my gratitude enough for this small act of kindness . So please please please if you need good mechanic go here”

“I can not recommend this place enough. After my accident in January of 2026, my car was drivable, but cosmetically damaged - as well as some driving problems. My car was taken into the shop decently quick (as they are very busy with many cars). The receptionist Cher was such a sweet human being. Any time I called the shop for an update and asked my millions of questions, she was so reassuring, punctuate, and polite. They are amazing at giving updates and answers. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they did some cleaning within my interior before handing me back my keys. They truly went out it of their way to help me! They seem to have a strong background with the owner, and may he rest in peace. They are fabulous here! I got my car back within a couple of months and it drives amazing, and looks perfect. The mechanics were genuinely authentic and kind, especially Chad. I interacted with him the most during this experience. If you need auto body damage repair - go here!!!!”
