horrible customer service. nobody would help figure out how to set up the internet after i paid $120 to activate my account.

We are forced into having this internet service through our home development. For $100 a month the speeds are pathetically slow and outdated. No consistency or reliability in if we even have service at all. Would NEVER use this carrier if I had a choice.

Absolutely horrendous internet speed. Connection goes in and out Constantly. Recommend that you avoid if you have the option.
