Outage from 10 days until now.i called every day same BS answer. Outage in whole fairmont. I demand to cancel this worst mistake to sign up .must be take to court for misleading

Left spectrum in hopes my internet would be better it is way worse, and instead if getting a technician out the same day they make you wait for days to fix it. Stick to whatever you have
