literally the worst internet service i have ever experienced. we only have service maybe 30% of the time but here we are paying for the whole month. and anytime you call to talk to anyone you get a foreign person or a robot. sad it’s the only thing available

These guys are outside my house on private property at 5 am on a Sunday cutting down trees. No notification, no courtesy.

I called on Dec 28th to get my internet on vacation rates (around 11 dollars per month.) They charged me 30+ dollars for this. The next month my bill was $78.40. I called.They said it was fixed and they would credit my account. This month (yesterday) my bill was$83.40. I'm through!
