Currently have 2 storage units with Mini Mall Storage on Canyon Rd and have zero complaints. They have excellent customer service and Michelle who is normally on site is extremely friendly and helpful with any situation that comes up. Would definitely suggest to others. Also pricing is great for the Morgantown Area.

Customer service was extremely helpful Pleasant and kind to deal with and answered all of my questions. After the last storage place down the street raised my storage rate and additional $40 per month. I was happy to find that I could pay a comparable rate to what I was originally paying before for a nicer unit.
