Automatic payments ensured I wasn't late, the coded-gate and my own key gave me much needed peace of mind with security. Location is super accessible and convenient. My storage unit was always dry and no issues with vermin or looters, vandalism. ?% refer anyone to Chaplin Storage for any reason, for any period of time! “This facility is of excellent quality.It is well lit, well secured and feels safe even if you are the only one there.It is always clean and the units are verynice. I have a climate controlled unit and my things are guarded against the harsh weather.It is also reasonably priced.I can not say enough about the management. They always respond immediately, they have been very understanding and have worked with me as I went through a hard time.I have used many storage units over the years and this one wins my vote by a landslide!I strongly recommend Metro Storage.You can sleep sound at night and know that your most precious worldly possessions are safe.I have had a very pleasant experience with this establishment.And yes I am a real person and a very happy customer ?!”

Never had to worry about bugs, temperature, theft, etc. Didn't do anything more than a quick sweep after moving out and there were no hidden move-out fees. Highly recommend!”

“The process is super easy and can be done at any time! I called because I wasn't sure how to reserve a unit but the guy that answered walked me though it. Then, being the night owl that I am, I took my storage items over at night and couldn't figure out how to get in because I didn't see the code in my email. Called again, and got a speedy answer at 10pm! The service is great!”

“Just finished up 3 months renting here as I was awaiting my trip for grad school and I gotta say- the owner Fred is an outstanding guy. He’s very fair, polite, attentive, and also answered every one of my calls. My unit was extremely clean when I opened it and the location in town is great. Code entry and code exit with a plethora of cameras so I had zero worries or concerns while I was away from my belongings. I have had experience with a couple other storage facilities in town and none of them were bad per-say, but none of them were this smooth and fair priced either. Mountaineer storage gets my repeated vote. Thanks again Fred!!! You’re the man.”

“Nice Storage facilities. I have never been inside any of the buildings, but we have used the open lot for storage in the past. No issues, gated lots with keycode entry. Plus the owners kept us well informed via email and phone when upgrades to the facility where made.”
“Update: The owner contacted me, apologized, and I was refunded the money promptly. I would definitely use this company again.I was charged for another storage in addition to the one I requested. I have made four phone calls over a period of three weeks, and I have not received any response or refund! I would not recommend.”

“I'm giving no stars But I wasn't there I don't like that just because one passes a place google says you were there what did you think about the place .blablabla.... that's not right to assume and people should pay more attention to the apps they use .I know how to take a min and turn off places that pop up because I pass by them .Pay more attention if your gonna use Maps I have seen several couples argue fight or even divorce jealousy acuse over Maps doing this time line thing really should fix this and folks should pay more attention to the app if your gonna use it make sure you look and read this is a problem starter when it dont have to be . Trust ♡ respect is almost unheard of these days . Peace ♡kk”

“You can pick the wrong moving company. And when you do, you can get bailed out by Central Van & Storage. Ideally, you would choose them from the start and never get left in a stressful situation. But sometimes mistakes are made.
We cannot say enough good things about Central Van & Storage which should be referred to as Best Movers Ever! BME for short. From Gene, Rich, and Joyce, to the packers, loaders and movers, everyone that jumped in and helped us get moved, was top notch.
