“It was a great experience renting the storage unit. Journee helped me multiple times to get all information about different possibilities. He finally walked me through the purchase process where I rented the unit for a couple of months.”
“Kimberly was really helpful and very pleasant when I spoke with her. The property is very clean and secure. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a storage unit.”
“Very professional and easy to deal with this organization. Did both the UHAUL rental (large truck) and the self-storage unit. I would recommend them easily for both aspects. Made our move very easy and efficient. The unit is just large enough, and the location is great for both drop-off and rental, and for retrieving items as they are reintroduced into the home.”
“Nothing bad to say at all. Kevin always gets back to me within the same day, usually within minutes he responds. Always answers any questions or concerns I have. I just upgraded my unit and I have been with them for several months.”

“Rich is great! Relocating from WV to SC, was no easy feat, he was so helpful in renting me a storage unit, over the phone! Automatic payments ensured I wasn't late, the coded-gate and my own key gave me much needed peace of mind with security. Location is super accessible and convenient. My storage unit was always dry and no issues with vermin or looters, vandalism. ?% refer anyone to Chaplin Storage for any reason, for any period of time! Always able to reach him on the phone for any questions/issue, very polite, knowledgeable, professional and what anyone would ask for in a business relationship. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“We had an amazing experience with Storage on Canyon while moving our daughter from one apartment to another. They were helpful, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service and support! Their facilities were reasonably priced, convenient, well maintained, and clean!”
“Currently have 2 storage units with Mini Mall Storage on Canyon Rd and have zero complaints. They have excellent customer service and Michelle who is normally on site is extremely friendly and helpful with any situation that comes up. Would definitely suggest to others. Also pricing is great for the Morgantown Area.”
“Best storage unit in town. Had my unit for about a year and they were very kind and the place always felt so clean and safe. Never had to worry about bugs, temperature, theft, etc. Didn't do anything more than a quick sweep after moving out and there were no hidden move-out fees. Highly recommend!”
“Really great customer service and very easy to get a storage unit. Brian is a great guy and very friendly, he helped me get my unit and answered all my questions very clearly. Cheapest storage unit I have found in the area. Will be using this company again in the future if I end up needing a unit!”
“I have had a storage with them for about 8 months and they have been extremely helpful with any questions regarding the storage unit. Communication is excellent with staff.”

“So far I'm enjoying doing business with Mercury Storage. They've answered any questions I've had to the best of their ability and the storage buildings are very clean and function as they're supposed to.”
“We’ve stored our mobile medical RV unit here for the past two winter seasons and have had a great experience. Pricing is fair, though they do require a six‑month commitment for indoor storage, so keep that in mind. The team is always easy to reach by email and quick to respond.”
“I just helped a good friend move her entire house into Simply Storage after the death of her husband. I recommended SS after having been a satisfied for the last 5 years.”
“I have used their storage facilities off and on for several years. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I have rented units along the outside of the facility with exterior doors. I currently am renting an indoor unit. The facility has been well-maintained and their prices are competitive!”
“Great place, owner is very direct and friendly, owned a small unit for a couple months for like $65 and he was clear about when payments would be taken out. Security code to get in and out of gate works and keeps everything safe. I would recommend to anyone needing to store things during their time in Morgantown. Hours are good too incase you need to come get something. Never had any issues.”
“This is my second time renting here, and I couldn't be happier! Brian provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful in making sure I found the 'right size' container for my needs. It’s great to be a repeat customer at a place that truly cares about its clients. Highly recommend!”
“Update: The owner contacted me, apologized, and I was refunded the money promptly. I would definitely use this company again.I was charged for another storage in addition to the one I requested. I have made four phone calls over a period of three weeks, and I have not received any response or refund! I would not recommend.”
“This is a clean, well-maintained facility, which is great, but the really outstanding feature is the very responsive and helpful customer service team. They are such a breath of fresh air! If we need storage in Morgantown again, we will definitely check availability here first.”

“You can pick the wrong moving company. And when you do, you can get bailed out by Central Van & Storage. Ideally, you would choose them from the start and never get left in a stressful situation. But sometimes mistakes are made.
We cannot say enough good things about Central Van & Storage which should be referred to as Best Movers Ever! BME for short. From Gene, Rich, and Joyce, to the packers, loaders and movers, everyone that jumped in and helped us get moved, was top notch.
We can’t thank the team enough! And we suggest that if you need movers in your life, go to Central first! You won’t need to make a 2nd call.”
