This place scams people out of their money. 😞 I’m a college student, and checked out of my unit weeks ago and they continued to charge me and tell me I never left.😭 This place is really disgusting for using and abusing their clientele. I called upwards of 15 times and went to the office trying to get a refund or any type of issue resolved and no one was there or answered. I just now spoke with someone today and they told me that I never left, which I have evidence of leaving weeks before my lease was even up. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Staff are responsive. Gate is easy to access. Although mine was an outdoor accessible unit, it was very clean. No issues. Would recommend.

I am very pleased with the Canyon Rd. Mini Mall Storage unit I recently rented. Customer service representative, Majester, was incredibly helpful. He answered questions quickly and helped me find the perfect unit for my price range. The unit is secure, easy to access, and clean. The rental process was so quick and simple and I had immediate access to the unit. I would highly recommend using Mini Mall Storage! I am Very Satisfied!

We received excellent customer service from our rep Majester who answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed. We had the pleasure to meet with him in person after initially speaking on the phone and not surprisingly, he was very professional and personable. Majester followed through and everything went as planned.
All in all it was a very positive experience.
