“I called from Hawaii directly to the shop's phone # and the lady who answered was most helpful explaining the different plants needs. She said the plant would be sent the same day I called. When the delivery man arrived, no one was home so instead of leaving the plant outside, he went to the neighbors explaining no one was home and he was worried the plant might be out to long in the cold. The neighbors took the plant as asked and was impressed with the delivery man being so thoughtful. I recommend Beverly Hills florist and will order from them again!”
