I also enjoyed working with their staff Max & Megan. I will recommend if you need anything… go to this store over the corporate store in Suncrest Town Center (it is the worst T mobile store). The mall location is far superior! They are honest, helpful & hard working ?”

“I recently went into to set up a new line of service. I was in a pinch and needed a phone for my dad. He’s currently in the hospital and lost his original phone. I didn’t get there until 30 minutes before closing. Sarah was AMAZING!! I apologized for being there and needing so much before they closed. She was so helpful and patient and ended up staying an hour past closing time! She explained everything in detail and the best way to get what I needed. I ended up getting the phone set up for my dad and a new one for myself. At that moment it wasn’t about getting a new phone it was having piece of mind knowing that if I needed to get a hold of my dad or he needed to get a hold of me it was possible. I don’t think Sarah realized how much all her help meant to me this evening. I would recommend this store over and over! Thank you again Sarah!
