Kroger provides a wide selection of food and household products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, and pharmaceuticals. Many customers rely on Kroger for their grocery shopping and medication needs, despite concerns about possible store closures due to a strike. While the bakery and produce departments receive praise, some shoppers have noted issues with the seafood area smell and the self-checkout stations, which are often closed or malfunctioning. Customer service has been criticized, particularly at the Sabraton location, where the desk has been closed due to staffing shortages. Overall, shoppers feel that stock availability has declined, especially in cooler departments.
Nice employees but needs updated. Brighter lights. Feels so gloomy and old

It’s gut wrenching that they may close down the stores to strike. We’ve been thru their strike yrs ago. We do all our grocery shopping there and our meds. We live 30 miles away towards MD.

Please find a way to control the smell mostly around seafood area. Everyone is always nice. The large bank of self checking is very oddly placed but they keep the staffed checkouts open pretty well too.
