The store is fine. I've had good experience with the staff here. DO NOT USE THE SAME DAY DELIVERY. It's delivered by a third party. They accept all delivery orders even when they have no drivers. I've been waiting for two days for my same day delivery and still have no estimate of when it will be delivered.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff not pushy or high pressure sales. Took time to understand what would work best for me and my riding style. Priced very competitively.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable employees knew exactly where something was and how much it cost and alternatives. Everything was well organized, much variety, and clearly marked. This Lowe's seems well run and the employees seem reasonably happy. Makes for a good shopping experience all around!

Staff are rude in general. I wont be going back to this lowes. The other lowes at the mall is better. But that said, Home Depot and Menards are a 10x better experience than lowes in general. There is no magic at Lowes.

While availability of product is pretty good, customer service in building supplies is horrendous. Even after asking for assistance, none showed up. The lines at self checkout were down into the aisles. I miss the days when there actual people working, to both check you out and be available when a customer needed help.

Lowe's in general is better than most other home improvement stores and typically conveniently located. However, truck delivery fees should not be standardized and be the same for a delivery 2.5 miles away as it is for one 17 miles away. The only reason I considered delivery was because I didn't want to lift and move 2000 pounds of material 3 times, but at this point that is not worth the delivery fee. I'd understand, factoring in mileage and having to pay more than 30 minutes worth of an employee's wage if my site was in the next town over or even on the other side of the city, but I'm literally just down the road from my local store.
UPDATE: It would also be better if I didn't loose product because the delivery driver knew how to operate the forklift and didn't puncture every bag that was on the bottom of the pallet. Picture shows a whole bag of product that I lost due to negligence and, yes, ants did move into the bag of topsoil due to the massive hole before I was able to get around to moving it.
