The tellers and bankers are very friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait for service and my issue was resolved quickly. It's a great bank!

My father passed away, recently. I have never lost a parent so I didn’t know Much about being an executor to an estate. Katherine at the Morgantown branch Was excellent. She walked me through everything and answered every question that I had. She made the process super simple, which I am thankful during a time like this.
