Our Au Pair set up a PNC account when she arrived in West Virginia a few weeks ago. Her initial placement didn't work out, so she got placed with us in Washington, where there aren't any branches. She has been completely unable to access her online banking, despite both us, and our program manager independently trying to help her. I suggested she call the branch, and she called the contact on the business card during business hours, left a message, and she hasn't gotten a call back. I don't understand not being able to call her back! I am advising her to close the account and help her open an account with a bank that has nationwide branches and is accessible locally. That way if she goes to another family for the 2nd year of her program, she will have access to a branch anywhere in the U.S.I will be forwarding this experience to our program manager in West Virginia to advise future Au Pairs to avoid PNC, given the unresponsiveness of PNC.

I recently opened my accounts at PNC and have had great service from Casey and Lexis. They are very friendly and have been most helpful for all my personal banking needs. They even recommended the High Yield Savings account, which currently offers one of the highest APY's I have seen; if you're in an applicable market, it's a great way to diversify investments.

Don't ever sign up for their services. Auto loan is all messed up. Worst customer service in bank, online, and over the phone.

I had fraud on my account and the Fraud Department told me to check with the branch before making a trip because they are dealing with a shortage of cards. I called this branch and spoke with Cassandra or something close to that and she put me on hold to verify they had debit cards in stock. She said they did so I drove an hour there with my 2 year old on my only day off in 3 weeks to get the card. When I walk in the guy at the front table asks me what I need and then proceeds to tell me they are out of cards. I then had to drive to Uniontown Pa to get a card. I've been with PNC for 20 years but today is the last time they screw me over. I'm pulling all of my money out and going somewhere else. The incompetentcy is getting worse and worse the bigger they get. But I'm sure this branch is on the list of ones they are closing soon so Morgantown will hopefully get something better. They say sorry but they aren't willing to make it right time after time. Just save yourself a huge hassel and bank somewhere else.

Really bad and slow customer service. Only reason I’ve given them 1 star is you have to so you can tell them how bad they are at banking.

Needed to cash an insurance check in the amount of $6,409.80 so that I could go to a car lot and get another car. After searching for 2 days for a financial institution that would cash it without putting a weeks hold on it, this pnc branch was more than willing to accommodate me. Fast, friendly and dependable!!!

Fourth time stopping by now and yet again I'm foiled by hours so restrictive they'd make a boa constrictor blush. You must be thinking, "well why don't you just check their hours before you go?" I hear ya, but I never have to check other locations' hours because they'll always be there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on or an extra stick of butter for my chocolate crinkle cookies. A business may have the best and friendliest services in town, but who cares if they're never open?

This was my first time at this pnc. I was heading home from deep creek to Pittsburgh when I noticed that my account was hacked. I put in google maps the closet pnc to me that was open and found this one. I was annoyed that my account was hacked and just wanted to go home and relax so by no means did I want to stop in at pnc and talk to anyone. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very few lady. She then took us to another friendly women who's name I forget. But all in all it was a great experience!

I've been a customer for years and service has went down hill. They have no clue on how to greet someone in the drive thru in a timely manner. It's nothing to wait 5 to 10 minutes after pressing the call button to be greeted.

I have auto-loan thourgh PNC that I've been paying for several years. As I've been getting closer to my pay off amount, I keep running into problems making my payment (every month os something new.) I do not bank with PNC and have to make my payment via cash advance. I have been paying this way for years. Today, I went to make my payment and was denied because the back of my card wasn't signed (it says 'see ID' as it has for years.) The woman who told me this, instead of offering any apology or explanation, simply spouted that she was a supervisor in a rather smug tone after I asked what the problem was since she was 1. Holding my ID and 2. I've been paying this way for years. I've been a supervisor/manager in customer service, and I would never speak to a customer that way. Rude and unhelpful. I'll be paying my loan off early just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
