“I've been a unit renter since they started. Some comments.1. Before you arrive at your unit on the weekend or at night, and after being away for more than a year or so, then send them an e-mail before you arrive asking them to check that the batteries in the lock are good and that everything is working fine.2. The back doors open up to a hill, and bugs fly in when those back doors are open while people are moving in and out. If you don't want bugs on your stuff then cover it with those large plastic sheets that painters use to cover furniture while they're painting a room.3. Drive very slowly and sound the horn before taking either of the two back-of-the-building corners. The corners are blind and just a little defensive driving could stop a fender bender.4. If you pick an inconvenient time to move in or out then you will probably have the passageways to yourself. At other times you might have to share the equipment and passageways with other renters.”

“Best storage unit in town. Had my unit for about a year and they were very kind and the place always felt so clean and safe. Never had to worry about bugs, temperature, theft, etc. Didn't do anything more than a quick sweep after moving out and there were no hidden move-out fees. Highly recommend!”
“This facility is of excellent quality.It is well lit, well secured and feels safe even if you are the only one there.It is always clean and the units are verynice. I have a climate controlled unit and my things are guarded against the harsh weather.It is also reasonably priced.I can not say enough about the management. They always respond immediately, they have been very understanding and have worked with me as I went through a hard time.I have used many storage units over the years and this one wins my vote by a landslide!I strongly recommend Metro Storage.You can sleep sound at night and know that your most precious worldly possessions are safe.I have had a very pleasant experience with this establishment.And yes I am a real person and a very happy customer ?!”

“Nice Storage facilities. I have never been inside any of the buildings, but we have used the open lot for storage in the past. No issues, gated lots with keycode entry. Plus the owners kept us well informed via email and phone when upgrades to the facility where made.”
“Update: The owner contacted me, apologized, and I was refunded the money promptly. I would definitely use this company again.I was charged for another storage in addition to the one I requested. I have made four phone calls over a period of three weeks, and I have not received any response or refund! I would not recommend.”

“I'm giving no stars But I wasn't there I don't like that just because one passes a place google says you were there what did you think about the place .blablabla.... that's not right to assume and people should pay more attention to the apps they use .I know how to take a min and turn off places that pop up because I pass by them .Pay more attention if your gonna use Maps I have seen several couples argue fight or even divorce jealousy acuse over Maps doing this time line thing really should fix this and folks should pay more attention to the app if your gonna use it make sure you look and read this is a problem starter when it dont have to be . Trust ♡ respect is almost unheard of these days . Peace ♡kk”

“You can pick the wrong moving company. And when you do, you can get bailed out by Central Van & Storage. Ideally, you would choose them from the start and never get left in a stressful situation. But sometimes mistakes are made.
