My sincere thanks to the store manager Randy! I came in from out of town to help out on our family farm and went with my sister to pick up some supplies we needed. We arrived soon after their supply delivery and two items we needed were still on palates. Randy took the time to go out to their delivery yard and hunt down the items still on the palates and hand carried them to us. Saved us a drive home and back again later in the week. Much appreciated! I had some car trouble on my trip out to help my sister and the subject came up in talking with Randy, he gave me some key information and assistance that corrected my car trouble, allowing my a trouble free trip home. Randy delivered excellent customer service and good samaritan help in a pinch.

The internet said this store had 8' T fence posts. I drove an hour to purchase them. To find out they did not have any! Their computer said they had 90. I can see inventory being a little off. But 90! So I had to drive to Fairmont TSC to get them.

Continued disappointment in this store every time I go there anymore. Horrible in store assistance and they don't even know the difference between annual ryegrass and perennial ryegrass. Management is horrible and they don't know jack about the products they sell or the markets they service. Some "farm/ag" store. TSC is about as legit a "farm/ag" store as Florida Georgia Line is "good country music". Zer stars if I could
