I actually called about a pintle hook mount for my trailer. They answer first call, verified the part was in-store and had it at the counter. I don't know if every experience can go that smooth. But I appreciated there actions that lead to a quick and convient experience.

It is not just a hardware store but has lots of farm stuff. Variety of herbicide and lowest price including online. Love those small chicks on display.
