Gave me a misquote after explaining in detail where/how far we’d be driving. Ended up getting charged an extra $42 at the drop off location because they either can’t listen or can’t do simple addition, not sure which it is.

Easy rental process. They had me checked out quick, while someone else pulled truck up front so I could be on my way. Return was easy with plenty of room to park.

Young guy with dreads was a great dude! Great employee. The problem is the app is terrible, confusing, starts over, isn't clear as to win you exactly start using it, and takes too long. You are charged an extra $20 for returning the truck after hours! The trucks aren't in great shape, but will work. The additional charges for insurance, delivering the truck back after hours, using a dolly, charge per mile, etc drives the price up way above the estimate, originally given.

Needed a small UHaul when moving granddaughter home for the summer from WVU. Did not realize this until nothing else fit into the SUV. Daughter has a vehicle with a hitch , so a quick phone call was made and within 40 minutes we were driving back to WVU with a small box U-Haul. Staff is helpful and the shop is very close to the college.

Great place to get your moving truck. The grounds are clean and very spacious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do have a variety of moving boxes trucks, vans, pickups and wagons.

Great customer service. I got into an accident with our Uhaul and didn’t now what to do. I went to the nearest uhaul location which was this place, and they didn’t hesitate to help me in any way they could. Stand up individuals working here.

Worst rental experience I have ever had. The manager has horrible communication, is arrogant, and unhelpful.Overall, I will not try U-Haul again because of this mans extremely unprofessional behavior.We were not able to get our truck, even after having it booked for several weeks, because we ended up in an argument with the ridiculous manager, so we left and went elsewhere.We were treated properly at a different rental company.
