Absolutely the best customer service. I was able to pick up my truck and was offered services just in case I needed them. The attenedents were very nice and friendly, and something I will miss about West Virginia.

Tyrone Rd. U-Haul was great. Ladies were very nice. Absolutely no problems. Renting again for our needs. Even had a few laughs, which is nice when you're doing a lot of hard labor. Excellent experience!
