“Went in for my 1 year service. The service department seemed a little backed up. No big deal. We went to the waiting room where I planned on getting a nice cup of coffee but found that there was no regular just plain coffee. There was a really big section of gourmet coffee but no just plain coffee. Then when they told me my car was ready, they said the bill was $99.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them that I had bought a 3 year package. So after looking up they found it. They told me they will email my paperwork on what was done but have not received it yet. I will call on Monday.”
