I don't recommend this company to anyone..I bought a home on May 3 placed my order for internet April 30th went to closing on May 3rd couldn't move in the home until may 15th had no electricity. On my 16 the tech . Kevin was here to install the internet he was awesome!! I told him how xfinity was charging me for April and my service didn't start until may 16th 2024 my bill is 206.00 ..not much longer I can go to someone else....

Customer service is horrible, tech comes out and says it fix. Then internet goes out all the time. In our area we have to have Xfinity. Ask for someone to call us back and 2 hours later nothing. Worst services ever. Try not to get it in WV.

Xfinity deceived us by pushing a third line onto our bill that we didn't buy. They also changed our data plan without our knowledge. As a result, our bill was increased from $38 to $107, that is, almost three times. No one is going to change it. I have already spoken with company agents three times. Every time they promise that my bill will be updated in an hour. But nothing has changed even after a week. You are simply fooling your clients by charging money for non-existent services. It's disgusting

I spent 3 hours transferring from an old old iphone/t-mobile to an android/xfinity and it was the best experience I've had in a phone store. The employees are great and went the extra mile for us. Yall are the best.

I’m sure the employees are nice. The company as a whole has horrible prices. In addition the service is always disconnecting switch to breezeline ASAP

Very good experience the lady behind counter, her name started with a J, was so helpful and gave us a good deal to return from breezline ( a joke). The technician was very nice as well and helpful.

Xfinity/Comcast has horrible customer service. Trying to speak to a live person or resolve an issue is nearly impossible. This company would be out of business if there was more competition in the area.
